After winning the RCI ROOTS Contest, Haters 'n Baiters: The culture collision is breaking other cultural boundaries.
The Washougal International Film Festival, a community oriented festival taking place in Washougal, Washington, USA, screens short films from multimedia artists coming from all over the globe.
