Roger Sinha presents a mixed program at the Theatre de Verdure with Zeros and Ones and an excerpt from his new creation A Matter of Life and Breath.
Developed in the Winter 2008 in Bangalore, India's "Silicon Valley", Zeros and Ones highlights the digital division of the e-haves and the e-have nots.
The piece A Matter of Life and Breath will explore not only the choreographer’s relationship with the breath but also the dancers relationship with the breath.
Also enjoy a contemporary Tango and the video clip Haters 'n' Baiters: The culture collision. In this video, using dance and rap, Roger tells the story of the racist reactions he encountered as a boy, upon arriving in Saskatoon in the late 1960s.
